I'm excited to announce that Timeloopers, my young adult time travel series, has been re-released with new covers and a new description. What does this mean? Well, for those of you who read this series, nothing. Aside from the new covers and the alternate descriptions, the story remains unchanged.
Why do authors do this? For me, I wanted to give the series a new look in time for the fourth and final book in the series, which I'm working on at this moment. The Man with Two Pasts (Timeloopers #4) will come out on March 31! In the coming weeks, I will share with you the cover as well as several teasers.
For those of you who haven't read my Timeloopers series, it's contemporary YA with a science fiction twist. Unlike other time travel series, this one deals with the recent past, not deep history. More specifically, it deals with what happens when high schoolers find themselves with the ability to change it. Here's a glimpse of the first book, A Strange Machine:
Samantha, her wavy caramel-colored hair, her little Bambi eyes, her angel face…dead.
I killed her.
Sure, I didn’t crush her skull and bash her brains in. The telephone pole did that. The drugs did that. The other car’s high beams did that.
But I killed her.
She had just said I love you. She said she missed me. She was coming to spend the night. She was high. She asked for a ride.
I was lazy.
But what if there was a way to save her? What if there was a way to send back a warning? What if there was a way to undo it all? The crash. Us. Falling in love. All the way back to the beginning.
What if there was a machine?
If you're interested in reading a little more, I've inserted a preview of the first book below. I hope you enjoy it!
